This is so important to preserve and encourage your hair to grow long. Many things we do from brushing to ponytails can cause strands of hair to break. These shorter pieces of hair can form split ends and cause a frizzy look to your long hair as well as additional splitting up the hair shaft. This leads to loss of overall length of your hair. To mitigate this problem, I have a technique whereby you can give attention to all your hair, (including along the bottom) for split end removal. This will enable you to stretch your time between trims so you can grow your hair, yet still keep it healthy. I hope you like my video and that you find it helpful.
