This is so important to preserve and encourage your hair to grow long. Many things we do from brushing to ponytails can cause strands of hair to break. These shorter pieces of hair can form split ends and cause a frizzy look to your long hair as well as additional splitting up the hair shaft. This leads to loss of overall length of your hair. To mitigate this problem, I have a technique whereby you can give attention to all your hair, (including along the bottom) for split end removal. This will enable you to stretch your time between trims so you can grow your hair, yet still keep it healthy. I hope you like my video and that you find it helpful. You can do this with a pair of scissors or just with them?
Hey, hair is usually a split end at the bottom of the pile, or an inch above the end, so that really just cutting off the split end for a little healthy back end. Thanks for your comment: o)

Thank you, very kind of you. I think everyone can grow long hair if they want, but for some it is much harder than others because of their hair type. People with very thin, baby hair is more difficult because their hair is very fragile and more prone to breakage. For those with very thin hair, dressed in short is more flattering to them.

Hey, it’s probably a good estimate. Do not worry if you can not do everything at once, just do about a period of three days or so (when you have time) and ends when you really can not find anymore. Then your good for a while ‘until the next session. This is what I do.
