For mild impetigo usually need only local mupirocin, for Staphylococcus aureus (eg, dicloxacillin, oral administration of 250 four times a day, or cephalexin, 250 administered orally four times a day) .Impetigo and ecthyma which do not respond to oral antibiotics , lesions needed to cover with dressings and wet treatment.
